The ENDOFIX exo is an intuitively movable manual support arm which not only ensures the stable and sensitive positioning of the endoscope but also enables the surgeon to use one and/or two hands techniques, which has a positive effect on the surgical result.

Stable field of vision

The ENDOFIX exo provides surgeons with a stable and rocksteady OP field of vision, even in extreme endoscopic and exoscopic positions.

Dynamic manual positioning

At the push of a button, the arm can be moved and pulled into the required position. When the button is released, the arm is locked immediately, remaining in the set position.

Straightforward docking

Docking to the operating table is extremely simple thanks to the quick-coupling device.

Safe and sterile procedures

The stable image allows surgeons to work in a relaxed manner, maintaining a reliable view of essentials. Even extreme camera positions can be maintained for as long as required. Most components are autoclavable. The device as such is covered by a single-use sterile cover.

The Control is designed for an intuitive and ergonomic operation of the ENDOFIX exo. It can be connected to the ENDOSCOPE CLAMPS in reach of the surgeons hands.

The ENDOFIX EXO is CE marked as class I product according to the Medical Device Directive 93/42/ECC. The ENDOFIX EXO is a manual operated holding arm. The intended use is to hold and position a rigid laparoscope/ endoscope for the minimally invasive intervention in ENT and Scull Base Surgery or to hold and position an exoscope for visualization during open surgeries. The Endofix EXO is used primarily by the surgeon performing the operation.
